Well done, sir! Aye, I too hit Elite rank as trader not too long ago. Working on my Explorer rank at the moment - have plotted a route which will take me approx 5kLy outside the bubble...only 70 jumps to go!

Another Fed rank grind route is between Velinski Enterprise in Sothis system, and Don's Inheritance/New Home Station in Ceos system. Data missions to and fro.

For Empire rank, the Ngalinn-Mainani route worked great for me.
