Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Hi Cmdr GreenViper. Cheers for letting me know, I will head to Mobia with the carto. Glad to be of some help.

On my way to Colonia to finish engineering my Chief, unable to do it in the bubble as not a miner but unlocked all engineers in the Colonia region. Bit of a hike.... yes but will be worth it. Then to grind away at combat to get triple Elite, going to take a while. Currently 46% Dangerous.

I'm currently on my way to Colonia, is there anywhere in the Colonia region I can sell on my exploration data that helps the Order of Mobius or do I have to wait until I get back to Azrael or one of the other OOM systems? o7 Cmdrs and thanks. Just wondering, if I set route planner to economical will I only jump to scoopable stars even if I have all star types selected.
